Ikeuchi koos voor de SETOJet-R-serie, een sproeikop met externe menging die bestand is tegen verstopping en uitstekende vernevelingsprestaties biedt, en stelde deze voor als de optimale sproeikop voor het sproeien van ureumwater. Het resultaat

First, testing conducted on one furnace demonstrated improved resistance to corrosion in bricks and mortar. Furthermore, the elimination of drainage and the ability to utilise urea efficiently through complete evaporation resulted in a 40% reduction in urea solution consumption. This confirmed an annual cost saving of around €5.000. Additionally, drainage issues were eliminated due to complete evaporation.
